Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 am - 2:00 pm /  Closed Weekends and Holidays



Reservations
can only be made by calling
(708) 430-3822 by Noon
the day before the ride is needed.

The phone line
is open from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Noon)
Rides are scheduled on a first call basis, with medical appointments a priority.
The phone is equipped with voice mail for after hour messages.

Pick up time call backs
will be made the day before the ride is
needed after 1:00 pm
or once the schedule has been prepared.

Cancellations
You must call the Dispatcher if you need to cancel your ride as soon as possible.
Leave a message if after hours.

Within Palos Township
$2.00 One Way / $4.00 Round Trip
Outside Palos Township
to destinations scheduled by the bus
$2.50 One Way / $5.00 Round Trip

Boundaries
The Patse Bus will remain in Palos Township except for destinations scheduled by the service. All banks, beauty shops, grocers, etc. must be within Palos Township Boundaries

We service Palos Hospital 5 days a week.
We do not go to Little Company of Mary Hospital, Christ Hospital, Crestwood Dialysis Center, Medical Centers in the Orland area.

For those living in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living or Retirement Centers, the PATSE Bus can only provide assistance with group outings scheduled with the site Director. Centers are allowed up to 2 scheduled outings per month (PATSE Bus schedule permitting).
Aides from the facility must accompany the group and assist with boarding etc.
The Bus can't provide individual rides to residents of these facilities.  . 
In An Emergency
The bus is not equipped for medical emergencies. If you feel the need to go to the hospital for other than routine treatment please call 911
Things you should know.
  * Drivers may not leave the bus
   unattended to assist you in/out of
   your home or in/out of your 
   destination
  * Consider PATSE a curb to curb  
    service
  * Drivers may never enter your home
  * If you are in a wheelchair or need
   assistance walking, etc you must be
   accompanied by an aide.
  * Riders should allow for a 15 minute 
    window for pick up. Please be
    ready 15 minutes before your pick
    up time in case the driver arrives    
    early.
  * Drivers can wait no longer than 5 
   (five)minutes past the scheduled
   pick up time for those not ready
   when the bus arrives
  * Mall Trips- the driver will wait no
   longer than 15 minutes for
   anyone who continues to shop.                  Riders more than 15 minutes late to
   the bus will have to find another   
   source home. 
   *Parcels, including groceries. Please 
    bring on the bus only the amount of
    items you can handle. Drivers may not
    carry in your items.
